It is very important to take care of the skin at night to repair and rejuvenate the skin from the dust, pollution, and sun rays of the day. We all know that our skin becomes dull and dry in winter. 

Cold air and winter weather absorb the moisture in the skin and affect overall health of the skin. As a result, the skin begins to become rough, extremely dry, and rough. 

So to keep the skin moist and soft in winter, follow the daily skincare routine as well as the night skincare routine. So check out what to do to take care of the skin on a winter night.


1) Clean your face: Cleaning your face before going to bed every day in winter is very important. It cleanses the skin of sticking, dirty, dusty, and makeup.

You can use raw milk or milk-based cleansers to clean your face at night. Milk acts as a great cleanser. Raw milk is rich in lactic acid. It removes the dust and dirt from the skin and cleanses the skin deeply, as well as helps in making the skin soft and smooth. You can wash your face with some milk, or you can also add a little besan to it.


2) Exfoliate the skin In winter, the skin accumulates a lot of dead skin. So skin exfoliation is very important in winter to remove dead and flaky skin on the skin. Scrub the skin gently, don't rub too hard. For skin exfoliation, you can mix coconut oil or milk, coffee, or oats and use it at home by making scrubs.



3) Massage your skin regularly It is already good to massage oil in winter. So massage the skin every day, especially after exfoliating the skin. This will help in conditioning the skin deeply.

It also helps in increasing the blood circulation of the skin, moisturizing the skin, and also maintaining the normal moisture content of the skin. For oil massage, coconut oil, argan oil or rosehip oil can be used. You can also massage with aloe vera gel if you don't want to use oil. Massage with oil or gel for a while, wash your face with lukewarm water.

To make this hydrating face mask, first mix well in a bowl with some banana paste, 1 tablespoon of honey, curd, and a few drops of almond oil. Then apply the mixture well all over the face and leave it till dry.

Then wash your face thoroughly with normal water or lukewarm water and apply moisturizer.
